In this third and final episode of this series, we are talking about marriage.
So, your weight loss isn’t just about you. It also affects your marriage.
You have to take care of yourself and really truly love yourself before you can let anyone else in. When we aren’t taking care of ourselves or feeling good about the skin that we’re in, we may start to even feel like we aren’t worthy of love. Taking care of yourself and finding your identity in Christ first and foremost is so important. If you are showing your self love, it is much easier then to show your husband love.
A key takeaway from this episode was that it all starts with you. Taking care of yourself starts with you. It makes your relationships better and your marriage better. It impacts so many areas of our lives but it starts with you.
