As we all know, metabolism begins to slow down as we age. In addition, not all of us were born with a super fast metabolism (my fiance is an exception…and I am extremely jealous!). Along with eating a well balanced diet, there are several things we can do to help “speed up” our metabolism. My favorite supplement to use to help this process along is Apple Cider Vinegar!
